My cat became ill and went through many test and was then referred to a specialist for further tests, eventually he was diagnosed and treated he is now fine. Treatment was paid for in 2 parts Petplan refunded me within 5 days of each payment I made and the process of claiming was totally stress free. Well done Petplan.
