It took over 5 months for them to pay after my cat got Gastroenteritis it was only a £60 bill luckily, plus 3 long 7p per minute calls to sort it out.

Awful experience with my Spaniel. Paid policy since a puppy and then agen 9 very petty terms and conditions applied. Please, save yourself money and put it in an account or go elsewhere. Xx
