Have been waiting for over 5 weeks for a straight forward claim to be paid. Telephoned many times and I was advised that there was no reason for the claim not to be settled, and still I have not received the cheque. Tried to speak to a manager but they would not transfer me to one. I am so angry and will never use Sainsbury's pet insurance again.
