My claim did take nearly 2 mths to pay out but got everything back minus excess. Nearly £1000 back to me after my poor cat suffered getting hit by a car. Communication wasn't great but I did get my money back. Thank you

My dog has been hit by a car as i lost grip of the lead for a split second. they are refusing to pay out for this. are cats different if they are run over?
