We've paid £60 per month for our dog to be insured with the kennel club. We have made one claim in over 7 years and they wouldn't pay as they said his infected hair follicle was the same as a pre-existing condition he had when he was a puppy (a rash). I argued that this was a different condition but they would accept the claim so we are changing our insurer.
