Pre authorised treatment for one of our dogs and then refused the claim went it was sent it. Eventually paid when threatened with the Ombudsman.
They are now refusing a payment for ongoing treatment, for our other dog, on 17th December as they claim the cover expired on the 16th. The first visit to the vet for this condition was 20th December the previous year??
