Have had our Neopolitan x bullmastiff insured since 3 months old with this company, took out a lifetime policy . Having read some terrible reviews we were dreading ever having to make a claim, now nearly 6 yrs later we have claimed for 2 eye operations, £3000, 2 knee reconstruction ops, £12000 +, yes £12000+ ! Plus hospitalization for an adder bite £500 ,and a couple of gastro illnesses £700 . We have never had a problem,never had to even speak to anybody on the phone,just downloaded the claim form, given the vet the form and directions to deal with them direct and that's been it. Also the premium has only ever risen by about 50p per year , not everyone's experience has been the same that's for sure but this has been ours.
