Directline tried every way they could not to pay the pet claim out I would not recommend them , I will not be paying them anymore and when my house insurance comes up for renwal that will go to. thanks for taking my money direct line

I agree, I am having problems, I have paid out nearly £3,000 on my dog, having paid pet insurance for 6 six years and they are refusing to pay out. I am going to fight, as they are taking peoples money under false pretenses.
