Had only moved my dog which was 9 years old and never had acclaim to this company a couple of months before she ran into the door and broke some teeth and knocked others loose.
Was concerned that in a dog of this age they might not pay out despite the damage being accidental as normal dental is not covered.
They paid the full claim in a few days and the person I spoke to was really helpful and sympathetic about the injury when I phoned to check if I could claim.

So far so good but expect what they do at renewal will be the crux of the matter.
