Not great value for small bills where excess reduces benefit considerably, BUT well worthwhile for large bills. We had two very large specialist bills over our dogs life and we very well treated - even covering mileage costs to the specialist over numerous visits. Bills paid out over her life were more than premium costs, but both were huge!
