Avoid unless you can cover the cost and can wait months to be reimbursed. My vet used to claim directly when they were known as Bought by Many but now they decline saying the veterinary surgery waited too long to be reimbursed and after all they are a business, too. Last November my Cocker Spaniel needed a sedation to have a biopsy of a lump taken, inside her ear canal. I had to pay upfront on my Credit Card. Many Pets were taking too long to reimburse me so I had to take out a “Loan” to cover my Credit Card Statement. I kept checking my Many Pets Account and each week leading to a couple of months it kept saying “Claim Pending”. No one answers the phones or emails. I did eventually get through ringing directly at “Opening Time” and complained Bitterly.. and I threatened them!! Within a few days I got my monies in my account. So it can be done. I have since changed Providers. Is a Shame as when Bought By Many they Excelled.
