2 months since Admiral received the claim, we are still waiting for £160.
Really poor customer service, they treat you like a criminal. It is our first claim in 2.5 years with no ongoing conditions identified. Only need to get £160 back, and sounds like a mission impossible.

Just as an update, I finally received confirmation that they will pay out £118 due to additional deductions such as £25 insurance admin fee. So, if you are ready to wait for months to receive a much smaller payment to what was anticipated, then go for Admiral insurance :-)
