Hi there. I’m a very unhappy customer, who has used Many Pets since you were called Bought by Many. I have spent 10 years insuring my two Great Danes with them. Having just lost one beloved dog I am appalled at their exclusions for end of life care and the fundamental cover which they claim to offer. This is a warning to all people that use this company. Read the small print. They do not cover what you think. Avoid this company. Shocking. We are heartbroken at our loss and disappointed and disgusted that the company we trusted has let us down at this time. Our premium went from £200 per month, to £600 per month. Cover reduced as our beautiful dogs aged….we are appalled. You should be aware.
