This was my first claim and from previous experience with insurance companies, I was expecting a get out clause to avoid paying. I resigned myself to paying the invoice in full, you do initially, then to follow with my claim. I found the staff really empathetic, helpful and well informed. I really could not fault the service. I had no doubt idea at the time of my claim was successful and was just willing to pay the invoice myself. Tesco Pet insurance did cover my cost and I am grateful. Thank you all in Tesco for the patience you showed.
