I tried to contact Sainsbury's with a querry. It has taken me an hour to try and find a telephone number to speak to customer service assistant. It has made me so angry that they have made it impossible to talk to anyone that I have decided to cancel my insurance. And guess what? That is impossible too. So I had to go to my bank to cancel it.
