After a quick initial claim was resolved I felt confident I had made a good call moving to many pets. Sadly after a short illness our wee fur baby left us . We are completely devastated and now struggling financially as my vet would not do a direct claim due to many pets being very slow to pay them. So we had to pay up front with is causing us financial hardship £500 is alot for us as pensioners to pay out and this is causing distress on top of our loss .
