There are better Pet Insurance Companies

This company despite what you may read....right now are failing to deliver any kind of customer service.
They do not respond to emails, they are not easy to contact by phone, 30 minute waits if you dont just give up. The website is frustrating and unhelpful. I have been waiting 4 months for them to process a claim for £377. To me it seems straightforward get the reports in consider, pay or dont pay whilst keeping your client, me, informed. They still collect their monthly payments on time. AVOID...there are better companies to deal with.

I have 2 dogs and and I have been a customer since 2019, when they had other name.
Until this year, it's been 2 years since we submitted a claim (although paying insurance religiously, with no delays), but lately one of our dogs had a few issues and I submitted 3 claims. 1 took over 3 weeks to be resolved, with several emails; the other one (when policy was 1 week about to expire and I was thinking of changing insurance, due to higher price from Many Pets, compared to other insurances) was solved in 2 days.

Now, one of my dogs was hospitalised for 2 days and vet submitted the claim almost a month ago and no updates whatsoever or news on what they are waiting for to proceed. Also, I am unable to get a response: sent emails, tried to call several times (I am now trying again - 35 minutes on the line), and no joy.

Very poor experience! I posted this on instagram and had 3 other people telling me how bad their experience has been too.

By Many Pets, no high volume justifies the lack of claim payments and no customer service available! Increase your team, respect your customers!
