Bought By Many - brilliant company, ManyPets - Disgraceful!!
What on earth has happened to the company I used to recommend to all my friends?? Put a claim in for my dogs operation on 16th June, now 30th August and nothing. They do not answer emails and take over 40mins to answer the phone. All they can say is they are busier than usual. So how come so many are saying thir claims are settled within days and hours??
