Awful company, doesn’t respond, avoid at all costs!

Many pets have had my claim over a month and have not bothered to respond to a single email I have sent chasing them for an update and for them to make payment.
Because of these unnecessary delays, and often deliberately spiteful slow replies, I have been forced to survive off of donated parcels from food banks, plus I have missed my rent payment and am now facing eviction. This company have quite literally destroyed my life in under a month because they simply can’t be bothered to respond to there loyal customers who pay hundreds of £ a month in insurance fees, but receive a disgusting vile level of service.
I have raised a formal complaint against many pets with both their support team and the financial ombudsman service to see if I can FINALLY get a solution, or the urgent payment I required (or required weeks ago before they turned my whole world upside down)… AND THEY STILL CANNOT BE BOTHERED TO REPLY!!
Honestly this company just goes from bad to worse. They have left me in tears on quite literally dozens of occasions, and as I previously mentioned due to their shockingly slow response times I have lost my home, and am now quite literally starving trying to survive off of food donation.
