Lose stuff, don't respond, don't care

This company does not appear to have a proper claims handling system or enough staff to process claims. You send your invoices to a weird email address and hope they will pick them up, properly allocate them and pay out. My experience has been that invoices are lost and MP relies on customers to chase them. It took 5-6 months to get payment and even then several invoices had not been picked up and MP insisted they had all been paid. I lodged a formal complaint on 16 May, which keeps getting deferred. Last heard that they needed another 4 weeks but that has long expired. Chased latest invoice twice and it has still not been registered on my account, let alone processed. They have stopped answering my messages. Advised them I was going to Financial Ombudsman but it is such a lot of work lodging a complaint with them. MP manages to email me lots of rubbish about their services but cannot deal with my claim or respond to email. Something is very wrong with them. Stay away.
