Absolute shambles! AVOID AVOID AVOID! My dog had an ear infection in April 2022. Then in January 2023 I took her to the vets for skin problems (flakey skin all over including ears). Tesco bank determined that because of the ear infection in 2022 her skin condition was pre existing even after a statement from my vets stating that the 2 visits to the vets were not connected they then decided to use their in house vets who had never ever seen my dog to determine whether the 2 events were connected! I now have to pay a hefty £1500 bill for blood tests and vaccinations.
