I lost my 7 year old cat recently to bowel cancer. He was treated and eventually put to sleep. I had no problems from start to finish as the vet made a direct claim from Tesco. All I paid was £60 excess. When I called Tesco to cancel my policy the customer service was wonderful. Kind and empathic I was informed that they would reimburse me for the cremation fee and purchase fee of my cat, which I wasn't aware I was entitled to. I have just been offered the chance of removing a kitten and will 💯 be using the company again
