AVOID like the plague - I have had two and a half miserable years with this company and have made multiple complaints about incorrect assessments all of which have been upheld. However even when these are upheld they fail to put things right and I have had to make complaints about the complaint. Awful to deal with and take months to pay out. I have other pets thankfully insured with differing companies who are excellent. Don't even think about taking out a policy with them you will sincerely regret it.
