1st ever pet so never had to have insurance before, but what can i say absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Our poor puppy had to have an operation . Once i received the invoice i contacted the Pet claim department gave them all the information the required, they contacted our Vets for all the relevant information that they required, kept me in the loop all the way with emails and not even a week later i received the claim money. Definitely recommend such an easy pleasant service to receive.
