Pet Protect do not protect pets at all, twice a claim has been put in, November 2022 and January 2023 and they've lost both claim forms, they are a disgusting insurance company!

January I rang up asking why my claims hadn't been processed, I was told they didn't have one for Max but they found Tilly's, it had been misfiled. Another claim for nearly £300 went in for Max, they paid £39! Again I rang up about Tilly's in February to be told they didn't have one, in other words lost it, but they said the vet had sent the same invoice twice so both invoices were sent in again and today they say they have no record of Tilly's claim for just under £1000. A complaint was put in at the beginning of February, I was told I could add to that claim so in other words they hadn't even looked at my complaint after nearly 4 weeks!

Every year when it gets to renewal they seem to not take my direct debit payment and send threatening letters saying they'll cancel when it's their fault as my d/d were still in my bank account as valid to pay.
