Unexplained restrictions

Petplan have good customer service and pay promnptly. however they have for no reason placedblanket exclusions on my pets policy based on isolated, transient, non-chronic conditions that were treated successfully. Examples include:-

ALL conditions related to heart - vet thought he heard a heart murmur, further diagnostic tests were negative, and yet all future conditions related to the heart are excluded, irrespective of what they may be (ie noty just heart mumur)

ALL conditions related to eyes - treated for conjunctivitis (not claimed), again succesfully, not a chronic condition, but blanket exclusion on ALL eye conditions in future irrespective of what they are or related to original case of conjunctivitis

ALL skin conditions - treatted for itchy skin (not claimed), not a chronic condition, however blanket exclusion on ALL skin conditions irrespective of what they are.

i claimed for my cat having mammory cancer, petplan payed promptly the vet directly. My policy is clear on the exclusions.
I think the premiums are competetive.
my cat has a return of the cancer and needs a major op.my vet surgery is applying for cover of costs.i believe it is reasonable to pay 20 per cent of the bill.i hope that she can be coverd,as i do not want to be concerned about payment when time is the essence with cancer,
