I have been with ManyPets for just over a year. I choose them as they did a policy for pets with conditions. During my first year my cat got diagnosed with an uncommon condition to do with her immune system and needed surgery. ManyPets were quick in dealing with each claim as we had to claim from vets and animal hospital. Was kept up to date via emails regarding one of the claims as had to wait get the hospital to submit the full claim but they kept checking in to ensure me they would review it soon as the hospital gave them all in the information. Anyone I spoke to were helpful and empathic during a very stressful time.
