I have only been with Bought by Many for a couple of years but the renewal price came up as £3500 for this year. Sadly the customer service team has been unhelpful and either unwilling or unable to explain such an extortionate price and increase of over £1000 compared to last year. The emails were rude and unrelated to the query and no one seemed to be willing to respond. I have always avoided making a claim and paid medication and vet bills myself in order to avoid any increases in premium so this is completely unacceptable but the attitude of the customer service team was far worse.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.
