My dog had an ear infection, cost was £350, Tesco refused to pay despite the vet writing a letter. My dog had a yeast ear infection, to which she has had three previously in her almost six years. The yeast on this occasion was a more severe type, she hadn’t previously had, the vet explained this in a letter after claim was first rejected, with the excuse that she has an underlying health condition, ongoing since 2017! Ear infections are acute, antibiotic drops clear them up. Just feel it’s an excuse to get out of paying. She has no underlying health conditions! She certainly hasn’t had in going ear infection since 2017. I will never use this company, or recommend them, very disappointing tesco!!
