We have a dog just under 2 years who has elbow dysplasia. We have taken her to hydrotherapy as recommended by vet. Submitted claim several weeks ago as after 10 session we could claim apparently, and still getting same note back they are waiting for further information from the therapist when the documents have already been submitted. I don't know how others seems to have claims resolved in a matter of seconds almost, for us (2nd time) it it taking months, and no communication for weeks on claim status unless i send a follow up.
