Heaven help you if you need to phone this company, you had better make a sandwich and a cup of tea as you will be in for a VERY long wait. I tried ringing all the numbers and after a totally unnecessary TWO MINUTE "Terms & Conditions" speech you will then move on to the REAL wait. First call 15 minutes and hung up as I had other things to do. They must be busy I thought but phoning the next day the waiting went ON...........and ON........and ON........and ON for 22 minutes and I gave up. There must only be one person manning the phones or perhaps even ZERO PEOPLE I never did find out and am cancelling my policy before I end up possibly having to make a claim with this hopeless company.
