Made a claim after 11 years paying insurance. Waited 4 weeks for response whilst still paying vet bills .
Finally after medical report sent by vets being received by Direct Line. Received email stating I was not insured. After requesting a copy of the report finally told that I attended vets for minor treatment back in 2011 which relates to the present element.
Don't understand as I did not or have not claimed before but they state that as I attended the Vets within 14 days of taking out the insurance policy I am not covered . As the Vets stated ( Its your problem )
