My dog recently needed major dental work, which i know is not always covered, so we call direct line, told them what the quote was for and they checked and advised us that we would be covered, they even sent the claim form direct to the vets so it could be settled. Today i receive a letter telling me that we are not covered and full payment was down to us... absolute joke.
