Unfortunately we had occasion to claim for dental work on our lakeland terrier. Kennel Club Insurance were fantastic from start to finish. I contacted them prior to treatment and they suggested that the vet obtained pre approval, which was given very quickly. Following the procedure our vet sent the claim off and we were advised that it could take up to 14 working days for approval. This actually happened very quickly and the money was promptly paid direct to my bank. The customer service staff are fantastic, so helpful and sympathetic. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Kennel Club Pet Insurance.
