The WORST pet insurance! Absolute con!
We had a kitten insured with this so-called insurance. A KITTEN! And when a kitten got sick the insurance didn’t want to pay any vet bills – NONE! They said that it’s a pre-existing condition! A KITTEN!
Our lovely vets tried for months to contact this Sainsbury’s Pet insurance and no joy. Eventually, we had a £900 bill from the vets to pay.
Of course, we cancelled this useless insurance immediately!
All they are interested in is taking your money. We made an official complaint but no one cared.
