George went to the vets with poorly ears back in October then again Christmas eve with poorly eyes (conjunctivitis) I wasn't going to claim for either as both visits were less than £200 But I was told I was best claiming or at least notifying the insurance as in future if there is a serious problem the insurance could wriggle out of paying as I hadn't informed them of previous issues even though he was insured well before anything happened. So late Wednesday afternoon 6th Jan I went online and emailed Bought by many with relevant information and copies of invoices. I've moved from Scotland to Portsmouth so they had to contact previous vets too. I received email yesterday morning telling me both claims have been approved 👍 I'm really happy, not because of the money but because of how quickly it's been sorted (less than a week) with no quibbles whatsoever 😀
