I have just received an email from them congratulations on having a new pet insurance with them.
I cancelled my policy with them last year because they were shit.
Now they are trying to scam me and take money from my bank.
I am livid.
When I tried to make a claim they refused as my dog had an ear infection 6 years ago so wasn’t covered.
Imagine if I had been an elderly person who was confused they would of stolen £1800.
They are common thieves in the disguise of being a pet insurance company.
