I would start saying, in general, it is a good pet insurance. I had no problems with claims, however, if for any reason you have to use the insurance, on the next renewal they will increase (a lot) your premium.
I have the most expensive plan and for the renewal, they increased the premium by 30%!!!!! That's insane.
If you call the customer service, they give you two options: CANCEL or KEEP PAYING.
