I am so disgusted with this company. They are very slippery and will try to slap exclusions on your pet so that they can link future illnesses to them and refuse to pay. Every veterinary practice I have dealt with has confirmed my experience - they actually winced when I said I had Animal Friends Insurance and dog lovers on my local FB forum hate them too. Choose carefully, because once your dog is older, it is difficult to switch providers.
