Tesco wriggled our of paying up when my do became paralysed trying to say that it was related to the same injury the dog had a year previously. This wS despite the vet saying on a comprehensive report that it was not related. Tesco claim handlers seem to be qualified vets as a side line. Absolutely disgusting service. Left me over £2000.00 out of pocket despite my paying them a fortune in premiums. Avoid these sharks at all cost and deal with them at your peril!
