Claims are handled quickly and efficiently with only a simple form to complete and sign. In the case of more expensive treatments The Kennel Club can arrange direct credit with the treatment provider taking away the worry of how to pay the sometimes very large sums involved.
More therapy (physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, etc.) cover would be a welcome addition to The Kennel Club Policy, especially for an older dog (and one who has been insured with them throughout their life). It would no doubt save the underwriters money in the long run and such therapies greatly improve the quality of life of any older animal.
