been with tesco pet insurance 4/5 years we have x2 JRT renewal came in today £250 more than last years called to ask why was told a few factors come into the increase one being age I got put on hold for 5 mins then to be told as a gesture of good will they would take 15% off no thanks . then I was asked if I wanted her to cancel policy . not good customer service at all .. all I wanted was a reasonable explanation for such high increase am still waiting .. so it's good by from us ..
