When our dog reached 5yrs they increased the premium by 50%. Unfortunately he has suffered with fits in the last year, we claimed for his treatment and on going medication which they have paid out for but have increased this years premium by 100% to recover their outlay.
I wonder what their response would be if I claimed back a percentage of premiums paid for all the years I didn't need to claim?
