They take your money then find every possible reason to avoid paying out when you most need them to. Never made a claim in the 6 years I was with them, then when my dog cancer and we had to have him put to sleep they declined much of my claim, paying out £260 of a £900 claim.
Ignore the adverts, they are just there to draw you in and get your premium.
