No "Animal friends" at all!

1

We picked up a cat from the RSPCA. We insured him with Animal Friends. First visit to the vet they discovered he had dirty ears. I also expressed during that visit my concern because the cat ate so much. The vet put down he might be prohactic did not even know what that means. Anyway we wanted to claim for his ears and Animal friends told us we were lying to them because they deemed his ear problem existing. They also contacted our vet and told us because the cat was deemed prohagtic they would not cover anything to do with the cats digestive system. I have never been treated so badly by a company. And that they dare to call the "Animal Friends" is beyond me, all about pure scandalous profit. Needless to say I told them what they could do with their policy.
