Avoid like the plague. Have been with this diabolical company for 10yrs + and was loyal as was under the impression that this was a life time policy as long as no break in payments , as was told originally. Never claimed. Now my lab Cassie is older they have told me they are closing my account unless I pay a very high premium. Dispite this higher premium I would probably only get £0.80 at end if life after age 8 + and excess taken into account. From other reviews I’ve seen on other site ( advise you take a look.) they will try their best to get out of any claim they can. Read the small print carefully believe me. They have also be known to back date clauses for their benefit !!!! My advise instead have separate bank account and deposit what would be your premium and use if you ever need to. Then you’re not merely lining the pockets of the 1% while they get a tan on their yacht. Ps would give no stars but this not an option
corrupt , daylight robbery. You take out these insurances for peace of mind and to ensure you friend will have the care it needs especially in its twilight years. I will be reposting this review every month so people can see it. Hopefully no one else will be hoodwinked and riped off all these yrs. JUST DON’T DO IT.
