The vet mentioned matting in an early entry (The cta had bad dhiorea) DL instantly latched onto that and refused to pay even though the vet stated it was not the primary cause, if fur matting is mentioned anywhere they refuse the claim insisting anything else is secondary to that, a nice little scam.
