BOUGHT BY MANY PET INSURANCE....Caveat Emptor...Buyers be most acutely aware that this Company does not operate its Business Practice in accordance with basic principles long established across the Insurance Sector.
A recently submitted Pet Insurance claim was met with a lacklustre and protracted response from this Company, resulting in payment eventually being settled outside its own set time parameters. Subsequently, even when a legitmate complaint was upheld by the so called Customer Resolutions representative, my request for a goodwill remedy was flatly denied. I have now terminated the Policy and taken up similar cover elsewhere.
Potential buyers of Pet Insurance should be very wary and fully informed if considering interaction with #BOUGHTBYMANY...AVOID!! 👎
