Took out this Insurance in 2007 approx. £18.00pm now it is approx. £104.00 pm Complain to the Ombudsman if you took out thier policy and now you cant afford the payments, it is not as described in 2007 we wont discriminate if your pet gets older or if you make a claim now the policy states we will not change your policy as your dog gets older, misleading. What they should say as your pet gets older your policy will go up so much you cant afford it so start saving and woe betide you if you also make a claim.
