Loyal customer for 18 yrs with dog and cat; didn't make any claims until cat was 14 yrs old.( 4 yrs ago) Have hoisted up renewal premiums and basically told me, if I don't like it, to either cancel or go elsewhere!!! Disgusted after paying out so much money when they were younger without making any claims!!! Loyalty does NOT pay !!!
